PitchEvaluator is operated by FRIEBELAB.ORG (Prof. Dr. Michael Friebe), the data controller for the personal data described below.
Your name and email address, the contents of the pitch deck you upload, the hypothesis and stage you select, and whether you opted in to Business Angel / VC forwarding. Payment card details are handled directly by Mollie — we never see or store your card number.
To run your evaluation, deliver the report to you by email, process payment, and — only if you opt in — share your submission with partner investor firms.
Up to 90 days from submission, after which your deck and report are deleted, including from our backup archive. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing info@friebelab.org. We will act on a deletion request without relying on tools that only hide old records rather than actually removing them.
